Joshua Botes is a Cape Town-based digital operator and lighting technician with a broad, hands-on skill set developed across multiple roles in the stills industry. Starting as a photo assistant before progressing into both lighting and digital operating, Joshua brings a dynamic, full-production understanding to every shoot. Holding a Diploma in Professional Photography from City Varsity, he manages complete digital capture workflows, designs and executes lighting setups, and consistently delivers to a high standard across both disciplines.
